About Newsgroup Web Access:
Newsgroup Web Access allows you to view or search the newsgroups using a Web Browser.
The Newsgroup Web Access is powered by Microsoft Outlook Web Access and contains many of the standard features available in Outlook.
When Outlook Web Access launches, a listing of folders is shown. This list of folders varies depending on the Newsgroup being accessed.
Quick Tips For Using Outlook Web Access:
Click a folder on the left to display a list of messages in the folder.
Click the Search Button to search for specific text or subjects.
Click the Help link to display the complete help file.
Public vs Private:
Some of the newsgroups are private and require a login to access. You must enter your login information and PROPNET as the domain.
When you click on a private newsgroup, the following "Network Password" screen will appear:
Enter your registered account ID as the user name and your account password. Be sure to enter PROPNET as the Domain.
You can choose to "Save" your login information for the next time you visit the site.
Current Content:
The Current Newsgroup content contains messages presently posted on the active Newsgroups.
