Setting up the email service requires registration and access to the GOPD
Dealer Administration Website. Instructions for using GOPD Dealer
Administration can be found by clicking the link below.

| You are responsible for setting up which
email addresses are sent newsgroup emails and which email addresses are
allowed to post to the newsgroups. |
|
Only you can add, delete, or modify a newsgroup email address. DO NOT send
requests to support to modify email addresses. You must perform these
actions yourself.

|
You cannot remove yourself from the admin newsgroups. If you do, you will be
re-added automatically. These groups are required to send important
information regarding the newsgroup operation and support.

| Newsgroup Email Message Header and Footer: |
| All newsgroup email messages contain
both a header and footer. The header contains the newsgroup the message is
from and the person (including email address) that posted the message. |
| Below the header is the content or
message typed by the sender. |
| Located at the bottom of every email is
a footer containing instructions, links to other newsgroups you have
registered for, and administration links. |
| Only account administrators will see the
administration links. Person's set up for email only will instead see
links to contact their account administrator to change their access or
email accounts. |
| To Reply To Newsgroup Email Messages: |
| Click the "Reply" Button in
your email application, type your reply, and then send your message. Do
not worry about the headers and footers. These items will be automatically
stripped from your reply before posting to the newsgroup. |
| To Private Reply to Newsgroup Email
Messages: |
| In the header of each newsgroup email is
the name and company of the person posting the message. This name and
company is a link to their private email address. Click this link to send
a private reply to the sender only. |
