Linking DDMS Contracts to Item411/Market Xpert Bids

All that is required to link a DDMS Contract to an Item411/Market Xpert Bid is that they both have the same ID/Contract Number.

Beware that while DDMS contracts can be upper and lower case, Item411/Market Xpert Bids ignore case! Contract AB and ab will be treated as the same Bid in Item411/Market Xpert!

The easiest (and most common) way to link DDMS Contracts to Item411/Market Xpert Bids is to create an Item411/Market Xpert Bid from an existing DDMS contract being careful to name your Item411/Market Xpert Bid the same as the DDMS Contract Number.
